This project is a collaboration where a group of characters are devised and given an online presence, (web page, e-mail account, membership of online message boards etc). External material can also be added, such as photos and video clips. Passwords are shared, but preferably not changed, so that everyone can have access to the identity throughout the project. Activities can be added to the website by participants or emailed, to be added by myself.

This is based on previous multiple name projects used by the Neoists and others, but has specific reference to the fluid nature of identity online. Here, no-one has to be limited by their given bodies, which can be a positive factor, allowing us to explore parts of ourselves that would not be part of our everyday experience. Alternatively it enables people to lie and prey on the projections and desires of others more easily.

However this aspect of contemporary life is used, it allows new connections to be built within the self and between people who may never otherwise have any knowledge of each other.
